India’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp has tied up
with Italian auto company Engines Engineering to build future products.
Engines Engineering is an end-to-end motorcycle design company with
expertise on conception, designing, styling, on line assembly,
industrialization and marketing. Engines Engineering would impart the
technological information for Hero MotoCorp’s future products.
According to the signals given by the Indian major, the alliance is
targeted to be a long termer benefitting both the organizations in the
times to come.
Earlier, Hero MotoCorp has also partnered with US based Erik Buell
Racing which would help the company to build better higher end
motorcycles in India.
Honda is slowly graduating from more of a marketer of Hero Honda
badged products to a full-fledged auto stalwart. Partnerships with
these renowned players is a definite step in the right direction.
However, it remains to be seen how would the mass crowd accept this change!
